Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a contracted School Certified Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in Oxnard, CA. The role supports elementary, middle, and high school students with occupational therapy services on-site.

The position requires 1 year of relevant experience, a valid SCOT credential (or in process), and legal work authorization in the United States. Travel opportunities may be available, with comprehensive benefits and referral programs as described.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Certified Occupational Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid School Certified Occupational Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver school-based occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals.

• Weekly Pay Range: $60.00 – $68.67 per hour on a local contract
