Job summary

Epic Special Education Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year to provide school-based OT services to students with diverse learning needs.

In this on-site K–12 role, you will conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans, support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills, and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines. Collaborate closely with special education teams and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in school-based OT and IEP-driven services is preferred.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and write progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based OT evaluations for students.
