Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide skilled OT services across California under supervision. This flexible contract offers 13 weeks minimum with travel stipends and the chance to gain diverse clinical experience in multiple settings.

As a licensed OTA, you will support treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress while adapting to varied environments and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license.
• New grads accepted.
• Willingness to travel across California.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve activities of daily living and work-related skills.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
