Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – PRN – Wellspring Fairview, Fairview, MI.
Skilled Nursing Facility. Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support our therapy team at Wellspring Fairview in Fairview, MI.

This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible PRN hours, a supportive rehab team, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with residents in a strong SNF therapy environment.
