H2 Health is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Prime Living team. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. Education: Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
