Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC in Sunapee is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support students with disabilities in a school-based setting.

The successful candidate will implement therapy plans, provide direct OT services, and collaborate with teachers and the supervising OT to promote inclusive learning and IEP compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current COTA certification.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills necessary for academic success.

• Monitor and document student progress, reporting outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student performance, and IEP compliance.
