Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the rehab team. You will work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

A valid OTA license and an accredited OTA program with an Associate’s Degree are required. You will collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver person-centered care, document progress, and support ongoing rehab goals across a variety of patient needs in our McCreary County

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must hold a valid OTA license in the state where services are rendered.
• Strong ability to work with a clinical team to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure residents/patients make a full recovery.
• Support timely return to activities residents enjoy through rehabilitative interventions.
• Document progress and communicate with other caregivers regarding patient goals.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
