Falkville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alabama is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30-$33 based on experience, plus Medical, Dental and Vision insurance and other benefits.

You will implement treatment plans, assist patients with ADL and therapeutic exercises, educate families, and monitor progress in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification in the state of Alabama.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs.

Responsabilités

• Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
