Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Louisville is recruiting a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Jefferson Place Rehab & Wellness Center team. You will contribute to resident rehabilitation under an integrated care model, collaborating with clinicians to support timely recovery and return to daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited COTA program with an Associate’s Degree and an active state license, demonstrating compassion and teamwork within a resident-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
• A valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver resident-centered rehabilitation and support optimal outcomes.
