Job summary

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis at our Live Oak, Florida facility. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a interdisciplinary team to assess residents, support daily living activities, and deliver hands-on OT interventions while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on assistance during prescribed occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery from illness, injury, or other health conditions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
