Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Clearlake, CA. This 6-month contract offers stability, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ daily lives.

You will provide occupational therapy services under supervision, help with ADLs, document progress, and work with an interdisciplinary team. California license required; SNF experience preferred; travel stipends and weekly pay
