Pathwellhealth is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work in Chula Vista, California. You will provide direct therapy services, develop patient care plans, and assist clients in their rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate must have a relevant degree, current certification, and strong communication and organizational skills. Home health experience is preferred, and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant functions under the supervision of the occupational therapist and provides services to patients at their residence by assisting in the assessment, treatment, care planning, and implementation and completing related documentation and communication in accordance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations.
