Job summary

Moorpark Unified School District is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support students in therapy sessions under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist. You will implement therapeutic activities and assist with fine and gross motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills using adaptive equipment as needed.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff, participate in IEP meetings, and help document progress and plans.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college with an AA or AS degree or equivalent in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy; Valid Driver's License; proof of automobile insurance and access to an automobile.
• NCPI Certificate
