Autumn Lake @ Glen Hill, Danbury, CT, $30–$33/hour

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents build the skills they need for daily living and long-term independence.

Role Highlights

• Deliver one-on‑one and group therapy sessions based on established care plans
• Focus on improving daily living skills, upper body strength, coordination, and cognitive function
• Support residents with adaptive techniques and equipment to increase independence
• Record treatment sessions and communicate progress or concerns to the Occupational Therapist
• Work closely with nursing and rehab staff to ensure consistent, effective care
