Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC in Florida is hiring Certified CNAs and HHAs to deliver compassionate in-home care. Shifts include 4h, 8h and 12h across Orlando and surrounding areas with open shifts from 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am. Base pay starts at $16/hr+, with scheduling based on patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA License and/or Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification required.
• Negative TB test (TB or TB skin test) within last 2 years.
• Level II Background Check.
• Florida Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, attentive care to clients.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support patients with patience, kindness and respect.

We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team.

Position Summary

We are hiring Certified CNAs, and HHAs to provide supportive, hands on care in clients’ homes.

We offer flexible scheduling and 24/7 coverage to match your availability.

4hr, 8hr and 12hr shifts available throughout Orlando and the surrounding areas.

Open Shifts - 8am - 8pm - Days or 8pm - 8am - Nights

Base Pay rates: $16/hr+ - Pay rates are confirmed at the time of scheduling and based on the patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, attentive care to clients

• Support patients' needs with patience, kindness and respect

Requirements

• Valid CNA License and/or Home Health Aide Certificate from an accredited school.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification (from American Health Association, Red Cross, or Health & Safety Institute)
• Must provide a copy of a Negative TB Skin Test (within the last 2 years) or TBQ Blood Test results.
• Level II Background Check (Listed in ACHA)
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation and proof of car insurance
