Louisville Gardens in Louisville, Ohio is seeking compassionate PRN Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. You will support residents across our Dementia, Ventilator, and Long-Term Care units, providing daily care and promoting independence.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, cross-training, and opportunities to work in multiple units as needed, with competitive PRN pay and Daily Pay option.

Qualifications

Louisville Gardens in Louisville, Ohio is growing — and we’re looking for compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As we expand our services, PRN CNAs will play an important role in supporting residents across multiple specialized care areas.

PRN CNAs will assist residents in:

• Our New Dementia Unit

• Our New Ventilator Unit

• Our Long-Term Care Community

PRN staff help provide flexible coverage to ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care. CNAs may work in multiple units as needed to support resident care and strong teamwork throughout the building. Cross-training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to licensed nursing staff

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support specialized care needs within Dementia, Vent, and Long-Term Care units
