Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort and safety to assigned patients under nurse supervision.
• Follow infection prevention techniques.
• Perform and record delegated nursing tasks.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Assist in patient mobility and turning as needed.
• Transport medications between areas as needed.
• Distribute trays and assist with feeding when required.
• Answer call lights promptly and relay needs to nursing staff.
