Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for The Pavilion Health Center. You'll assist residents with ADLs, oral hygiene, and basic care during shifts, and support the charge nurse as needed.

Qualifications include being 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, CNA listed in DFS registry, willingness to care for geriatric residents, and ability to follow orders and attend in-service trainings. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric residents and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care morning, after meals, at bedtime, and as needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
