Meadow View Nursing Center in Berlin, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our supportive, team-focused facility. We offer full-time shifts including 7AM-3PM, 7AM-7PM, 3PM-11PM, 3PM-3AM, and 7PM-7AM to meet patient care needs.

Join our dedicated team to provide compassionate geriatric care, assist with ADLs, document care, and maintain resident comfort while following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualificações

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
• Compassionate approach to geriatric care
• Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic EHR/documentation skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure

Responsabilidades

• Provide care according to individualized resident care plans
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort
• Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care
• Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
