Job summary

St. Catherine Laboure SNF Post Acute in Buffalo, part of Catholic Health, is seeking a Full Time Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily living activities in the evenings (2pm–10pm) with rotating weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include implementing the individualized plan of care, observing residents’ condition, and communicating changes to the care team. A NYS Certified Nurse Aide or waiver is required, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS CNA certification or waived status.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a 100 hour CNA course.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per individualized care plan.

• Application of the assessment into the aging process; examples may include height/weight, skin integrity, ADL's, bowel and bladder control
