Job summary

Centurion Health in Bunker Hill, Indiana, is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Miami Correctional Facility team.

The CNA provides direct patient care to incarcerated individuals, under nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff, assisting with hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring, with licensure and CPR required and security clearance possible.

Qualifications

• Indiana CNA license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional settings preferred.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.
