Job summary

Heritage Inn Sandersville is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Position offers pay at $17.63–$18.68 per hour with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, weekly pay, and benefits including myFlexPay and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
