Job summary

Stevens Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents. You will support activities of daily living, monitor residents, and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain dignity and comfort.

We offer weekly pay, shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and career growth opportunities in a mission-driven, non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
