Job summary

Liberty Cares is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care. You will assist with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and daily living activities for residents, ensuring comfort and safety on every shift.

New CNA training program reimbursement is available and a $3,600 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants. This role supports geriatric residents in a respectful, patient-centered environment at Liberty Senior Living.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern for geriatric welfare and ability to follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records, including I&O, at end of shift.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.

Job Description

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
