Job summary

Valley Health in Winchester is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a per diem role at the Winchester Rehabilitation Center and Winchester Medical Center. You will perform routine personal care, assist patients, and maintain safety under RN/LPN supervision.

Requirements include active CNA registry in VA/ WV and BLS certification. A High School diploma is preferred. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to orient and precept new CNAs.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Virginia and/or West Virginia CNA registry.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Ability to interact with patients according to age-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment and report problems to the supervising nurse.
