Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA Florida) is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides to provide in-home personal care across Martin County and surrounding areas. This full-time role includes weekend and weekday availability, meaningful work, supportive leadership, and the chance to help patients heal, recover, and remain independent at home.

You will work under licensed professionals, follow individualized care plans, assist with activities of daily living,

Qualifications

• Active Florida license/certification.
• Minimum 1 year of in-home care experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
