Job summary

Eatonton Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality care in a community-focused setting. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive, servant-leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification preferred (Georgia or eligible).
• Passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
