Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support registered nurses in hands-on patient care and to create a safe, welcoming environment. You will assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal care while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans under supervision.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, infection control, and clear communication with patients and families.

Formación

• CNA certification in North Carolina.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands‑on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant in North Carolina
