Job summary

Vinson Hall in McLean, VA is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) for PRN shifts. Under supervision, you assist residents and nursing staff, providing personal, nutritional and restorative care as outlined in the care plan.

Requirements include high school diploma, Virginia CNA certificate, CPR and First Aid, and at least 1 year of experience preferred. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completed Virginia approved Certified Nurse Aide Training Program with current Virginia Nurse Aid Certificate.
• Minimum of one-year experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of bedside nursing and geriatrics preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are required.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, provides assistance to nursing personnel and assigned residents. Assists residents with personal, nutritional and restorative care consistent with assessment and care plan, under supervision of registered and / or licensed nurse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed Virginia approved Certified Nurse Aide Training Program with current Virginia Nurse Aid Certificate.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience in bedside nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatrics preferred,
• Have a valid First Aid Certification.
• Have a valid CPR certification.
