Qualifications

• Completion of Nursing Assistant Course.
• Current CNA certification.
• Six months acute hospital experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities according to patient care needs.
• Take vital signs and report changes from established baselines.
• Assist RN/LVN in care planning and updating interventions.
• Deliver trays and assist patients with meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Follow Fall Prevention and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and accurate documentation of intake, output, and patient condition.
