Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for our Med/Surg Tele Unit. This is a Full-Time Days role (36 hours/week) from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, Downtown.

The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, perform activities of daily living, and maintain a safe patient environment. BLS and CNA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and daily routines
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
• Collect lab specimens as assigned
• Monitor intake and output
• Document in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN or unit leadership

Baptist Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med/Surg Tele Unit. This is a Full-Time Days position working 36 hours per week, 7:00AM to 7:00PM located at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, FL (Downtown).

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Patient activities of daily living

• Maintaining a safe environment for patients

• Collecting lab specimens

• Intake and output monitoring

• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Certified Nursing Assistant Experience:
