Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Clinton, NC. This full-time, day shift position offers a new improved rate and a $10,000 sign-on bonus to welcome qualified caregivers.

We seek an experienced CNA who can assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the charge nurse to meet patient needs in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care mornings and evenings.
• Complete patient care records with accurate input and output.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.

Job Description:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADL’s as needed during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up in the morning, after meals, at bedtime, and/or when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant, listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have a genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
