Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Weldon, NC is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with bathing, dressing and daily living activities, while maintaining dignity and safety.

The role requires compassion for geriatric patients, ability to follow orders, complete patient care records, and assist the charge nurse as needed. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have genuine concern for their welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs during shift.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when needed.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift, including I&O.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
