Visiting Angels Snoqualmie Valley / Maple Valley is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead to provide high-quality, compassionate home care to seniors in their homes across the Snoqualmie Valley and Maple Valley area.

You will lead by example, train and mentor caregivers, supervise client visits, document care accurately, and collaborate with care coordinators and nurses to ensure comprehensive, ongoing support for each client.

• Supervise: You will supervise Caregivers during client visits, providing constructive feedback and addressing any concerns that may arise.
• Document: You will accurately document client care and any issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients' files are up-to-date and complete.
• Collaborate: You will work closely with our Care Coordinators, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and continuous care.
