MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care in Appleton, ME 04862 and surrounding Knox County. Pay starts at $18.00 and increases to $21.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.

You will work one-on-one with clients, following individualized care plans and documenting progress. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement into CRMA, CNA-M and nursing programs.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license.
• Age 18+ with high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation (driver's license preferred).
• Cell phone for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist with transfers and daily care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care and hygiene.
• Provide mobility support, safe transfers and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and monitor conditions as directed.
• Document care accurately and report changes to supervisor; coordinate with clinical staff when needed.

What the work looks like:

You'll work with one client at a time, following their individual plan of care. That includes personal care tasks - bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene - along with mobility support, safe transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and condition monitoring. You'll document accurately and communicate any changes to your supervisor. Clinical and administrative staff are reachable when you need backup.
