Job summary

Mercyhealth seeks a Certified Nurse Assistant to deliver patient care across multiple units per scope and policies. You will answer call lights promptly, document care, and maintain a clean, safe environment while assisting with supplies, floats, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities include training new partners with the educator and supporting tasks such as gluco monitoring, bladder scanning, and catheter/drain care under RN direction. CPS/BLS must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Completion of a CNA program and possession of a CNA certificate.
• CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days.
