Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in accordance with approved care plans. The role requires compliance with facility policies, privacy regulations, and safety procedures.

You will closely collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting. The CNA will support care planning, participate in life safety drills, and assist with documentation and reporting of any noncompliance or health concerns.

Qualifications

• CNA must be in good standing with state licensure (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Permit current.
• At least 1 year of long-term care CNA experience preferred.

Reports any retaliation or discrimination to HR or compliance officer.Reports any allegations of abuse, neglect, misappropriation of property, exploitation, or mistreatment of residents to supervisor and/or administrator.
