SCA Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN. You will help maintain patient comfort and safety, follow facility policies, and uphold our core values in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and compassionate patient care, with opportunities to contribute to a patient-centered ambulatory care network across Idaho and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Nursing Assistant required; 2 years' experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: work in a high paced area and adapt to tasks.
• Physical: ability to transfer/lift patients and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Certified Nurse Assistant who can provide assistance to the professional staff.
• Daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients as directed by the RN in charge.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Represent the facility with integrity, free of gifts or improper inducements.
• Adhere to Core Values and mission with regard for the dignity of each person.
