Job summary

UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Grace Ridge Healthcare Center team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional resident care and supporting daily activities.

Must have an active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry and/or the NC Board of Nursing, with BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association. Competitive benefits and tuition assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant credential.
• BLS/CPR certification required by American Heart Association.
• Active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry or NC Board of Nursing depending on certification level.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents with compassion and professionalism.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
