Job summary

Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital seeks a part-time Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse. You will work closely with the care team to greet, orient, and engage patients, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the home health setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, SRNA certification upon hire, and a valid driver's license. BLS is required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress toward goals and ensures documentation is accurate and timely.
• Assists nursing staff to identify physical, psychosocial, age-specific, and cultural considerations of each patient.
