Job summary

Leisure Vale Assisted Living in Glendale, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a team dedicated to high-quality healthcare and compassionate care. You will assist with activities of daily living, assist with feeding, and support hygiene and mobility for residents.

Qualified applicants must have a California CNA certificate, a High School Diploma or GED, and active BLS and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must hold a California CNA license.
• Active BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Feed patients according to dietary needs and supervise meals.
• Maintain patients’ hygiene and bedding; assist with bathing.
• Turn, reposition, and move patients between wheelchairs, beds, and seats.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to a Registered Nurse or Doctor.
