Heritage Oaks is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time night shift. You will support residents with daily activities, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Active CNA certification in Georgia (or eligible).

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
