Job summary

Lee County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the full-time night shift. You will provide compassionate daily care, assist residents with daily living activities, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. The organization offers benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and career growth

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
