Job summary

Comer Health and Rehabilitation in Comer, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. You will support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their dignity and comfort.

We offer full-time night shifts with pay range $17.63–$18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more. A fulfilling, mission-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
