Wynfield Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our night shift. You’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered care while building meaningful relationships with residents.

This is a full-time, night position with starting pay $17.63–$18.68 per hour, weekly pay, and shift differentials. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Active CNA certification (GA) or eligible.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and committed to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and report.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to deliver care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditionMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
