Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab in Waycross, GA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our not-for-profit, mission-driven team. You’ll deliver patient-centered daily care and help residents with daily living activities in a supportive, value-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are at the heart of the care we provide. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect.
