Job summary

Treutlen County Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Soperton, GA. You will engage residents with dignity and respect, supporting daily living activities and mobility while collaborating with nurses and the broader care team.

Ideal candidates hold an active GA CNA certification. We value compassion, reliability, and strong teamwork to deliver high-quality care in a nonprofit, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
