Job summary

Lee County Health & Rehab in Leesburg, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time day shift. Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO. You will care for residents with dignity, build relationships, and work closely with nurses and the care team to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
