Job summary

Orchard Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will support residents with daily activities, provide patient-centered care and help monitor health changes under nurse supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
