Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care to our senior residents. The role emphasizes ownership of duties, teamwork, and integrity within a supportive environment.

Qualified CNAs will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff while following infection control and safety guidelines. This full-time position includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
